US55Living ("US55Living," "we," "us," or "our") provides information about 55+ communities, local markets, and related resources. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect when you use our website, submit a request, interact with sponsored placements, or otherwise communicate with us, and how we use and disclose that information.
Information you provide to us
When you submit a request to connect with a local real estate agent or otherwise contact us, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, buying or moving timeframe, the community or geographic area you are interested in, and the contents of your message or request. We may also associate your submission with the page from which it was submitted and with campaign, referral, or attribution information connected with that visit.
Information collected automatically
When you visit US55Living, we and service providers that support the website may automatically collect limited technical and usage information. Depending on the technologies in use, this may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages or websites, approximate geographic information derived from an IP address, dates and times of visits, and interactions with website features. We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies to support website operation, understand site usage, measure performance, prevent abuse, and evaluate marketing or referral sources.
Analytics
We may use analytics services, including Google Analytics or similar services, to understand how visitors use US55Living and to improve the website. Agent referrals and sharing of lead information
If you ask to be connected with a local real estate agent, we may provide the information you submitted to an independent real estate professional or brokerage that serves the community or area you asked about. The purpose of that disclosure is to fulfill your request for real estate assistance. The receiving agent or brokerage may contact you directly and will handle information it receives in accordance with its own legal obligations and privacy practices. US55Living may have a business or referral relationship with a real estate professional or brokerage, including arrangements under which US55Living or an affiliated real estate business may receive compensation if a referred consumer completes a transaction. Submission of a request does not obligate you to work with any referred agent or brokerage.
Other service providers and disclosures
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, communications, data storage, security, and technical support. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; investigate or prevent fraud or security issues; enforce our terms or protect legal rights; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to us, except as permitted by law.
Sale or sharing of personal information
US55Living does not sell lists of consumer personal information for money. When you specifically ask us to connect you with a real estate professional, however, we disclose the information you submitted to an agent or brokerage to fulfill that request, and US55Living or an affiliated real estate business may have a referral-compensation arrangement with that professional or brokerage. Privacy laws in some jurisdictions use broad definitions of terms such as "sale" or "sharing." To the extent an applicable law treats a particular disclosure as a sale or sharing, we will provide the notices, rights, and choices required by that law. We do not intend to disclose personal information to sponsors merely because you viewed or clicked a sponsored placement.
Sponsored content and local offers
Some US55Living pages may contain sponsored local-offers placements or other paid placements. Sponsored placements are intended to be clearly identified. We may measure impressions, clicks, and similar engagement with those placements, generally using aggregated or de-identified reporting where practical. A sponsor does not receive the personal information you submitted to US55Living merely because you viewed or clicked its placement. If you separately choose to contact a sponsor, information you provide directly to that sponsor is governed by the sponsor's own privacy practices.
Cookies and your choices
Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functions or the accuracy of analytics. Where applicable law requires additional controls for certain tracking technologies, US55Living will honor the legally required choices that apply to its practices. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information appropriate to the nature of the information we maintain. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to US55Living, you may have rights concerning your personal information, such as rights to request access to or a copy of certain information, request correction or deletion, obtain information about certain disclosures, or opt out of certain processing. Some rights are subject to exceptions and verification requirements. To submit a privacy request, email hello@us55living.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and describe the request. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision concerning a privacy request, you may use the same email address and state that you are submitting an appeal. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Children's privacy
US55Living is a general-audience real estate information website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Third-party websites
US55Living may link to websites operated by real estate professionals, sponsors, service providers, community operators, governmental entities, or other third parties. We do not control those third-party websites, and this Privacy Policy does not govern their privacy or security practices. Review the privacy policies of third-party websites before providing personal information to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. When we update it, we will revise the effective date displayed with the policy. If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
